Living in a home with undetected mold, coupled with hidden Lyme disease symptoms, led to severe sleep disturbances, unexplained neurological issues, and deep fatigue. Conventional medicine left me without solutions, which motivated me to take matters into my own hands and create my own path to wellness.

Through biohacking and embracing holistic health practices, I discovered the deep interconnection of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
